At New Arrivals at Body Candy, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and intimate apparel are final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
