16 GAUGE:  
- Septum Piercing
- Lip Piercing
- Eyebrow Piercing
- Rook Piercing
- Daith Piercing
- Helix / Cartilage Piercing
- Anti-Tragus Piercing
While 16 gauge is standard for many of these piercings, sizing preferences can vary 

14 GAUGE: 
- Lip Piercing (snake bites, spider bites, vertical labret)
- Nipple Piercing
- Ear Cartilage piercings and anatomy permitting: Helix, Forward Helix, Daith (but not common)
- Ear Lobes (as a starting point for stretching lobes)
While 14 gauge is standard for many of these piercings, sizing preferences can vary
